Oversees the clinical services/nursing department.

Why did you decide to work at Lexington?
Lexington has an excellent reputation in the Long Term Care industry and one of the premier providers of Sub-Acute Care Services. The environment was friendly and positive with the potential for advancement opportunities within the organization.

What factors were important to your decision to begin a career here (e.g., reputation, size/growth, advancement potential, leadership/structure, work-life balance, benefits/compensation, etc.)?
Lexington has a network of strong and supportive leadership teams. The caring, compassion, and dedication I have seen in Lexington's clinical teams carries the same mission, vision and values I feel is important in achieving positive outcomes. What impressed me most is how innovative Lexington has become. They are continually moving ahead of the competition, developing new programs which offer new opportunities for advancement and growth within the organization.

In your opinion, what is the working environment like at Lexington?
It's a friendly atmosphere where there is teamwork and support among coworkers. We celebrate and appreciate the relationships we build with our residents and their families. It's an environment where people can learn from each other through experiences and diversities. I not only work with my team, I work with my family.

Name three qualities or characteristics that positively define your department and team.
The nursing staff is composed of exceptionally motivated, compassionate and resourceful professionals. We work together as a team, with great dedication and passion in providing care. The staff is driven by strong problem-solving abilities and is committed to providing the highest level of care to our residents.

I not only provide care for our residents each day... I truly care about our residents.

What do you find most rewarding about your career at Lexington?
The relationships we have built with our residents, watching them achieve their goals and to be there to celebrate their successes...there's no better reward.
