I am responsible for overall management of the facility.
Why did you decide to work at Lexington?
I looked for an organization that would allow me to grow and advance in my career.
What factors were important to your decision to begin a career here (e.g., reputation, size/growth, advancement potential, leadership/structure, work-life balance, benefits/compensation, etc.)?
Lexington had all of the key components that I considered to be important for me to be successful. A well known provider in Sub-Acute and Long Term Care Services, a progressive marketing style with a positive image, advancement potential throughout the organization, team-oriented, and most importantly resident focused.
In your opinion, what is the working environment like at Lexington?
Our work environment is friendly, supportive, positive, and extremely resident focused.

Our residents depend on us to be there for them, whether it's to hold their hand, share a meal, or be their care giver.
