Per Diem Program LPN's
We currently have outstanding opportunities for RN's and LPN's to join our new Per Diem Program at our newly remodeled LTC and Sub Acute Care facility. Per Diem positions are available for all shifts.
The Per Diem Program offers:
Increase Hourly Rate + Shift Differential, Flexible Weekday & Weekend Scheduling

***Must work 1 Weekend shift per pay period to qualify for Per Diem***

| Requirements |
|
LPN Requirements:
LPN with Certified Pharmacology Course.
Knowledge and understanding of the Nursing Process.
Ability to work as a team member.
Basic knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set)
Nursing policies and procedures.
Good communication skills.
CPR Certified
Proper administration of medications and treatments.
